Fe-Ni Soft Magnetic Alloy Round Bar 1J79

1J79 bar material is a high-nickel iron-nickel type soft magnetic alloy bar, belonging to the Permalloy family. It is composed of 78.5-80% nickel (Ni) as the core component, supplemented by elements such as iron, molybdenum, and silicon. It is produced through vacuum induction melting and hot and cold plastic deformation. Its key feature is extremely high initial magnetic permeability, maximum magnetic permeability, and extremely low coercivity. It is a crucial soft magnetic material in weak magnetic field environments.
