Hastelloy C-22 Alloy Tube
Hastelloy C - 22 (UNS N06022/W N 2.4602) is a nickel - chromium - molybdenum - tungsten alloy and belongs to high - performance corrosion - resistant materials. It is mainly used in the chemical, chemical engineering and petrochemical fields. Its chemical composition includes elements such as chromium (20.0 - 22.5%), molybdenum (12.5 - 14.5%), and tungsten (2.5 - 3.5%), and it has a face - centered cubic lattice structure. This alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing media. It can resist corrosive environments such as wet chlorine, nitric acid, and mixed chloride acids. Its resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking is better than that of alloys C276, C4, and 625. The heat - affected zone after welding can still maintain the characteristic of resistance to grain - boundary precipitation. Its density is 8.9 g/cm³, and its tensile strength is ≥690 MPa. Its melting point is 1325 °C, and it is suitable for applications in organic reaction systems containing chlorides, acid leaching processes, flue gas cleaning systems, and nuclear fuel reprocessing.
